Psalms 24:1 says, “The earth is the Lord’s and all that is in it, the world, and those who live in it.”
We believe that God is the ultimate owner of all things – the earth, ourselves, and ‘our’ possessions.
St George’s and St. Margaret’s ministries are enabled and sustained by the generosity of members with their time, skills and money. We encourage everyone to count their blessings and then consider how much of themselves they can give to further God’s purposes. It is your personal choice.
Money
To make it possible for the church to plan activities, we request all to give regularly through our efficiently run diocesan Parish Giving Scheme. Other ways are by standing order, collection plate, leaving a legacy and making a one-off gift, just to mention a few.
